Excited freshers, I congratulate you for being admitted into University of Ibadan and at the same time, welcome you to Nursing department. To have passed the university’s screening examination was struggle and commitment. The struggle continues. 100 level nursing students need to work well this semester. The senior colleagues can tell better. Rigid and meaning parts( to grade point effect) of the session courses would be taken this semester. Read well and pray well. Enjoy the moment as a fresher. Strike a balance between academics and distracting factors. I wish you success as you begin your sojourns on campus.


My dear stale students, this semester isn’t clear yet. Let’s adapt and work well by it. The holiday had caused us an extra year already. No regrets as many were able to utilize the period for something else. This is another opportunity to give all it takes. What’s worth doing at all is worth doing well and in Yoruba’s voice” Ibere ko ni onise”. Let’s turn and reshake the table. Don’t give up.
